Q: How can i track a phone number?

There is no time limit on tracking a number. You can track a number as long you want until the number is switched off. We do not stop tracking until you wish to stop the process.

Q: Do you keep records of the tracking?

No. We understand that sometimes tracking can be a confidential matter- it can even be dangerous. That’s why we do not keep the record of the numbers you have tracked.

Q: Can i use Samsung tabs with your system?

Any device that uses a telephone network and has a phone number can be tracked using our system. If the number of the Samsung tab is currently in use, we can track it.

Q: My country is not listed on the supported list. Can I still use the system?

Currently we are providing our tracking services only in the listed countries. If your country is not on the list then you can’t use our service currently. But we are working on expanding our reach continuously and therefore encourage you to check back in a few weeks.

Q: The number I’m trying to track is currently in use but the system is being unable to track it. What should I do?

It is possible that a technical glitch might be preventing the system to track the number. Please contact our technical team and report the problem and we will try to solve it in the shortest possible time.

Q: How many numbers can I track with your system?

The maximum number of phone numbers that you can track depends on the membership plan you have chosen. Please click here to know more about the number limit of your membership plan.
